2. Think problem are related with what like in your monitor if mouse does not move than what will you do ? if you have another mouse than try it ?
3. For being sure mouse is main problem. Checkout with key board arrow key that cursor is moving or not.
4. Note down the error message of computer . if your computer gives an error message that note it how much you can. This notes are important for future reference.
5. Write down your steps which you have done in your computer. Once you started doing repairing you should remember what you have done. If you don’t than write down.

• Suddenly power fall causes the running system to have problem and mainly to hard drive. So you should use UPS.

• Take the backup of important data in CD or DVD

• Time to time check the upper part that it is heated or not it heated than see that CPU fan and smps fan is working or not

Several problem and their solution
Freezing and hanging the problem

• Press CTRL+ALT+DEL at a time.

• You will get window task manager dialog box.

• Select application tab and choose the program which you want to close from task.

• Now press on end task button.

#Note = if you have to end several programs than repeat this process if freezing continue than restart computer.
Windows shutting down message not going.
Sometime when you do shutdown process than it becomes freezes and the message “windows is shutting down” continue sitting on screen. In this condition switching off computer is good option for that press power button for 10 seconds or press power button until your computer shutdown.
Suddenly re-starting computer

If your computer fan is not working properly and motherboard become heated than this problem takes place. Sometimes due to virus also this problem occur.
Solution:-

1. Keep computer In well ventilation place when air can come and go.
2. Clean the fan with air blower, never try with your mouth because the dust are harmful.
3. Scan your computer online or use anti virus software .
4. Don’t think that after switch on and plunging the power computer will work
5. For checking power supply, it is working or not, it is good to check with other SMPS than think……..

Operating system not opening
If there is power in both computer and monitor than use boo table disk and restart your computer, if your computer opens with this disk than the problems is in your hard disk drive. Now you have to format your hard disk.

3. Click on add or remove programs.
4. Choose the software which not working
5. Now click on remove button
6. You will be ask for conformation click on yes.

Problem and solution of SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply)

• The main part of casing is SMPS and Unfortunately the problem area is also this

• Today mostly casing are made in china and Asian country's, where 220 voltage are used. The power supply of desktop computer are not living voltage with themselves after checking if the factory for got to rotate manual switch 110 volt than power supply will not work. So check the voltage setting at the backside of power supply.

Some computer name are missing from the entire network.

Cannot uninstalled deep freeze
I had installed deep freeze, but it isn't getting uninstalled it does not show up in the control pannel or in the system tray.
One of the easiest ways is to tray installing the software once again and then removing it from the control panel. Also, look for an uninstallation application in the installation in the installation folder or within the start menu.

My system is attacked with Khatarnakh virus what to do ?

• The khatarnakh virus spawned a process called khatra.exe and other two virus spawned ghost.exe and xplorer.exe
• These virus have disabled my control panel and are not letting me change any setting.

solution
The virus problem is a little too complicated to get rid of manually. it would be easier to install an antivirus solution form kaspersky, ESET. You should use an antivirus to remove the infection. if all fails. you might have to do a clean install of windows.

My Ram not Recognised

My Pc configration is Biostar TA790GXBE motherboard and Athlon Z2245 with windows XP SP2. The problem is that my computer recognises only 768 MB ram instead of the 1GB installed.
solution:-
Most motherboards with on-board graphics use a part of the system memory as graphics memory. this has to be set from the BIOS itself. if you haven't chandged it, then it might bu using the default 256MB. we sugest upgrading to 2 GB of memory anyway.
Most canibets don't support HD audio on the front ports. you'll have to use the AC97 codec option in the BIOS and use connectors form the motherboard to the front panel for it to work.

Master and Slaves problems
My BIOS detects the hard drive. i'm unable to boot from the DVD drive. The HDD and the DVD drive are both IDE. I am using a single IDE cable to connect them. The DVD drive powers up properly and i can eject the tray normally.
Solution Make sure that the hard drive is set as the master drive and the DVD drive as slaves. Here. MA stands for Master. Sl for Slaves and CS for cable select. There cannot be two master drives or slave drives on a single IDE interface. A good 460 w PSU should be just about sufficient for your configuration. An additional hard drive shouldn't be a problem.

Windows Error
My desktop PC configuration is as follows:

• Motherboard-GIGABYTE S series
• Processor- Intel core 2 duo E7400
• Ram-U max 1 GB
• HDD-Seagate 250 GB
• Moniter- Dell 18.5"

I have installed windows xp sp3 on my system. but after booting it started hanging. showing errors and was not able to access any application on my system. I reinstalled the OS but it failed , i would also like to know wheather i can install windows 7 on my system.
solution:-
The problem might be with the hard drive or memory. you'll have to run a thorough disk scan and use Memtest86+ to ensure that there are no problems with it. yes you can install windows 7 on your system.

- If you find more than one of same file in prefetch folder or in other location, and if they don’t have .exe extension than they are croupt file or virus.
My computer is showing ‘Non system disk or disk error message
- Causes:-
- there is no cd/dvd in Cd/Dvd Rom.
- Boot loader is being corrupt
- Problem in hard disk drive.
- If your remove your CD or DVD and the problem is continue than may be the problem is of boot loader.
- For solving this you must repair boot loader.
- For that insert XP CD in Cd/Dvd Rom and when it execute press ‘R’ Key to run recover setup.
- Now your computer will run in Recover mode, after some time you will see command prompt.
- Type ‘flxmbr’ and press enter key.
My computer is not showing ‘safely remove hardware Icon’ in taskbar when trying to remove any external hardware device. Please say what to do ?
- Click on Start button.
- Click on run.
- Type ‘rundll32.exe shell32.dll,control_run dll hotplug.dll’ and press OK.

My Drive are not opening by Double clicking. Please help.
- This is due to computer virus. These king of virus is attacking in winsystem so there is no acess in other drive.
- The main idea is to remove the virus AUTORUN.INF
- Go to start button click on Run
- Type CMD and click on OK.
- Type cd\ and press enter key.
- Attrib-r-h-s autorun.inf(Type this)
- Now go to another drive and do the above process.
